Iwona Grochowska-How to value employees- NAIS

In the latest episode of the podcast ‘Personal Development for Everyone,’ I had the pleasure of sharing my experiences and perspectives with Maciej Filipkowski. The conversation focused on topics related to building a culture of appreciation, motivation in the workplace and team development.

During this inspiring meeting, we also touched on my fascination with the millennial generation and their values in the context of careers and generations.

I emphasised how important it is for me to strive for a work-life balance and to pursue my passions and goals.

My experiences, including risk and courage, have brought me to where I am today – as co-founder and CEO of the start-up Nais. Our platform enables companies to build unique appreciation systems, which contributes to employee development, engagement and retention.

In my interview with Maciej, I stressed that one of the most important steps in my career was to leave a secure and safe job at AGORA to pursue my own goals. This decision was difficult, but I consider it one of the best in my life.

It is also worth noting that a key part of my personal development has been learning to let go of control, both at work and in my everyday life. Minimalism and focusing on what’s really important helps me achieve my goals more effectively.

I encourage you to listen to this inspiring conversation on the YouTube channel of the podcast “Personal Development for Everyone.” I hope you will find valuable reflections and inspiration for your own development and success.
