Who am I and how do I work?

I support leaders who operate in realities of pressure, responsibility and constant change.

As a psychologist, executive mentor and psychotherapist (in training), I combine three perspectives in my work: leadership, psychology and practical management experience.

I understand the challenges leaders face at the top – I have faced them too. I myself have been a board member for years, managing teams and strategic projects.

That’s why my support doesn’t stop at talking about emotions – I operate in a business context, understanding realistic targets, performance pressures and accountability for people.

I work in the spirit of partnership – with an attentive and results-oriented approach.

What do I offer?

Mentoring and psychological support for leaders includes:

I combine the mentoring approach with elements of CBT psychotherapy, always adapting the tools to the situation and the leader’s needs.

      • meetings in the office (in Warsaw)
      • walking sessions (“mentoring walking sessions”)
      • online meetings
      • work in a psychologist’s office

The form of work is agreed together – the most important thing is that it is effective and comfortable for you.
