Why this workshop?

I believe that the organisations of the future need leaders and teams that are able to operate effectively not only under stable conditions, but above all under stress, change and uncertainty. Mental resilience, the ability
to manage emotions and relational competences are today the foundation of modern leadership and healthy teams. These competences are not incompatible with effectiveness – on the contrary,
they are essential for it. I design workshops that combine organisational psychology, executive leadership practice and
a psychotherapeutic approach
(in the CBT stream). These are developmental processes that build real competences, not just momentary inspiration.
